Island Splash Kitchen began with a passion for authentic Caribbean flavors and a desire to share them with the world. The founder, Chef Lance, grew up on the island of Jamaica, where he learned to cook using traditional recipes passed down through generations.

How Island Splash Kitchen came to be

After moving to the United States, he realized there was a lack of modern Caribbean food flaire available. Determined to bridge this gap he decided to start his own food service company, Serving dishes that reminded him of home but with a twist.
